We aim to give clarity of the product details as much as possible through our website and through a dedicated customer service team.
Things to consider before ordering:
Most of the furniture comes in parts ready to be self-assembled. So, we recommend double-checking the room size, checking the width of passages or doors, thinking about the colour combinations you want to match with other furniture in the room, considering the space to build the furniture inside the room and whether it will fit in the space allocated.
We advise you to use a measuring tape, masking tape, or newspaper to mark the footprint and help visualize the floor space
Clear out the space:
Please clear out the space in the room where you want the furniture to be assembled, think about the size of the furniture plus the extra space cleared for the ease of access to the room, and passageways. Consider removing any breakable products in the passageway or the room to be assembled.

Currently, delivery services are offered to the mainland UK (England, Wales and parts of Scotland) only. However, for enquires outside the mainland UK, please contact support@furniturecurls.com
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as a product which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 1-10 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 11 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@furniturecurls.com so that we can help.
The delivery can be through a one-man delivery or a two-man delivery service.
One-man or Two-man delivery service:
The delivery will allow the furniture to be placed in the room of your choice or to the entrance of the ground floor house /multi storey building. This is due to the services provided by different delivery team. Our deliver team will coordinate with customers and we also ask our customers to check on the tracking services provided or call them with the information emailed to you. The estimated time of arrival will be coordinated by the delivery team. Please be flexible + or - 1.5/2 hours of the estimated time of arrival due to unavoidable circumstances like weather, traffic, blocked roads. We have a tracking app on our website to help with this, however the timing will be confirmed by our delivery team.
