The curved head end of the contemporary Accent ottoman storage bed frame is finished with a simple, elegant and traditional button effect.

The Accent bed frame provides a contemporary and practical storage solution and comes in a versatile range of colours and covers.

Timeless design

Our upholstered Accent hand-crafted frame is finished with detail stitching.

Each Accent bed frame retains the appearance of a traditional bedstead, with solid hardwood block feet positioned at each corner to create timeless design appeal.

For added customer comfort and durability, the Accent range is upholstered in a range of premium materials. It has a platform-style ventilated mattress base that allows fresh air to aerate the mattress.

 

Storage 

Access to the generous (576-825L) storage space within each Accent bed frame is made easy, with the combination of our twin lifting straps and smooth hydraulic-assisted lift system.

A solid floating storage floor creates a functional space within the Accent ottoman frame and provides a clean, dust free area for items stored inside

Delivery

We understand at FurnitureCurls that Shopping can be challenging online. We aim to give clarity of the product details as much as possible through our website and through a dedicated customer service team.

 

Things to consider before ordering:

Most of the furniture comes in parts ready to be self-assembled. So, we recommend double-checking the room size, checking the width of passages or doors, thinking about the colour combinations you want to match with other furniture in the room, considering the space to build the furniture inside the room and whether it will fit in the space allocated.

We advise you to use a measuring tape, masking tape, or newspaper to mark the footprint and help visualize the floor space

 

Clear out the space:

Please clear out the space in the room where you want the furniture to be assembled, think about the size of the furniture plus the extra space cleared for the ease of access to the room, and passageways. Consider removing any breakable products in the passageway or the room to be assembled.

Currently, delivery services are offered to the mainland UK (England, Wales and parts of Scotland) only. However, for enquires outside the mainland UK, please contact support@furniturecurls.com 

 

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as a product which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

 

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@furniturecurls.com so that we can help.

The delivery can be selected through a one-man delivery or a 2-man delivery service.

 

One-man delivery.

 Delivery strictly till the ground floor.  Deliveries to apartments will be made to the ground floor entrance lobby.

 

 Two-man delivery service

We recommend a 2-man delivery. The 2-man delivery will allow the furniture to be placed in the room of your choice in a multi-storeyed flat.

For certain fragile products like TV beds and furniture with glass, the delivery will be mandatory through a 2-man delivery route.

Assembly

Certain products have the option for 2-man delivery with an assembly option, confirm with customer services on support@furniturecurls.com

Similarly, if the assembly team arrives at your premises and the room is not cleared or the products are not able to fit in the designated room the assembly team’s time will still be charged.

Cancellations & Refunds

We have a friendly customer services team and are here to help.

We understand that you can change your mind.

If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item, which will be £50 or the exact cost of transport to deliver and return to the supplier/warehouse, whichever is greater.

Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 

Product to be returned

If you wish to return the furniture ordered, then please follow the steps below-

  1. Email the team about your decision for a refund at refunds@furniturecurls.com within 14 days from the order placed.
  2. Fill the returns form sent by the customer services team to your email, print & paste the returns code with the return address on the product to be returned.
  3. Please ensure that the items are in their original state, not opened, not assembled for items that are delivered flat packed and in their original packaging.
  4. Images of the items secured in their original packaging will be required before any collection can be arranged.
  5. These items will be checked when returned to the warehouse. Please note the items which are not in a resalable condition cannot be accepted for a refund.
  6. You (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item, which will be £50 or the exact cost of transport to deliver and return back to the supplier/warehouse, whichever is greater.

 

 

 

Returns for damaged product

Our delivery team will take utmost care to make sure the product reaches your address without any damage, but in an unavoidable situation, we will ask you to follow the below steps.

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery.

Products that are packed as a single product. -If you notice substantial damage to the outer packaging that your item arrives in and believe that it is likely to have damaged the product inside. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. Please refuse the product and sign it as "damaged" with the courier.

If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items with your order receipt to support@furniturecurls.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

 

Missing items or damaged items for a flat packed product delivered 

Products that come in flat packs that need assembly -kindly check all the parts of the flat pack product are present and correct before you attempt any assembly. You can find this information in the instructions manual.

If any part is missing or damaged, please contact support@furniturecurls.com with clear close-up photos with your order receipt within 14 days of the order being placed.

Do not attempt to assemble the furniture before you have confirmed you have all the items/pieces required.

We will not replace/swap full products that have replaceable damaged parts, we will send out a replacement part where necessary and only if the item/part of the product is not replaceable then we will, of course, replace the full product.

We will arrange the delivery of missing or damaged items with no extra charges

 

 

 Wrong product delivered

If the wrong product has been delivered then we will arrange the correct item with no extra charges.  We advise you not to accept delivery of any wrong product. Please refuse the product and sign it as "wrong product sent" with the courier.

Please make sure to send clear photos of the wrong product with their details on the packaging and your order receipt to support@furniturecurls.com within 14 days of the order being placed so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

We will make sure you get the replacement product with the same specification as your initial order or in situations where we are unable to fulfill this, we will refund the full amount with no questions asked.

Please be patient as we will try to speed up this process but based on the availability of the replacement product and the delivery service it may take longer.

  

 

Mattresses

Mattresses and pillows once unsealed/opened from their packaging will be deemed as being used so we cannot accept them back for hygiene reasons.

If your mattress is faulty, please contact our customer service team with photos and order receipt to support@furniturecurls.com within 14 days of the order being placed so that we can order a replacement or refund.

 

 

 How long will the refund take?

Once we receive the returned product in its initial packed state, which will be inspected and then an email will be sent out confirming this refund. Since this confirmation, the refund should be received in your bank account within 7-10 working days. Please note that transaction times are dictated by card issuers and banks, with are outside our control.

The refund will deduct £50 or the exact costs for delivery and return to the supplier/warehouse, whichever is greater.
